I’m Helena, a social media strategist and manager with a background in broadcast production for international networks and global advertising agencies.

At the beginning of my journey as a social media strategist and manager, it was easy to run a client’s content without much planning (not something I suggest!).  As I started growing and managing more accounts and platforms, keeping track of postings, approvals, offers, and assets got a bit overwhelming.
